QATCO delivers annual ACMV maintenance services for Villaggio Mall, one of Qatar's premier retail destinations. The maintenance program is designed to ensure the continuous operation of ventilation systems in a high-occupancy commercial environment where reliability, indoor air quality, and safety are critical.

Our team performs scheduled preventive maintenance, rapid-response corrective works, and routine inspections of mechanical ventilation equipment to maximize system efficiency and minimize operational disruptions. The contract also includes performance testing, airflow verification, and functional assessments to ensure that all life-safety ventilation systems operate as intended.

In addition, QATCO provides end-to-end support for Qatar Civil Defence Department (QCDD) inspections by preparing technical documentation, coordinating inspection schedules, addressing observations, and assisting in obtaining regulatory approvals.
